Carrianne has produced brand and creative strategy for regional, national, and internationally recognized brands such as Fidelity, PepsiCo, Phillips, Altria, and more.

Service leadership and a helping mindset are the foundation of everything she does, making it her mission to create spaces that foster collaboration and provide opportunities for clients, team members, and the community.

She enjoys volunteering her time with organizations that support entrepreneurship, innovation, and women in business. She serves on the board of directors for the Connecticut Women’s Council, Hartford's Camp Courant, and is a co-founder of Adweek Rising, a mentorship program focused on supporting the next generation of marketing talent by connecting them with industry leaders around the world.

As a public speaker, Carrianne has shared her wisdom and expertise with many audiences, presenting on the topic of mentorship at Brandweek, telling her story at the Women’s Achieve Summit, as a keynote speaker for the University of Connecticut, and more.
